12 days and 700 miles sailing down the entire length of the Sea of Cortez. All I can say is Wow!

 If you love Whale Sharks, you have to go to Cenderawasih!  It’s a whale shark lovefest. Well, on our part anyway.

Papua New Guinea…a truly remarkable trip, exhilarating, exhausting and exasperating all at once!

There were so many moments of awe. We were enthralled by herds of bumpheads, pulsating jellyfish (stingless), graceful mantas,

It was a magical, musical, vibrant experience. The conditions are difficult but the resilience, vibrancy and warmth of the Cuban people deeply moves me. 

I wanna go back! Butterfly fish, banner fish, parrot fish, a zillion convict surgeons and the friendliest humphead wrasses!

The Solomon Islands feature tremendous marine diversity, WWII history, interesting village visits, not to mention fabulous wood carvings.

Spending a month in Raja Ampat was a wonderful way to start 2024! Two 10-night voyages on the oh so lovable Coralia…

12-night liveaboard voyaging through the Alor and Komodo islands and a week of sensational snorkeling at Wakatobi made for bountiful happiness. 

How many places can you go and snorkel with mandarin fish, swooping mantas in every direction, thrilling channels with schools of fish, jacks and sharks?

this was the dreamiest combination of trips that I never wanted to wake up from.

Incredibly healthy Elkhorn coral, bazillions of fish and unique opportunities like swimming with Silky Sharks and Nino the crocodile!

We spent the first 4 days experiencing the arts, music, dance and cuisine of Havana and Trinidad and then on to snorkel the amazing Gardens of the Queen.

Days when we didn’t see another boat in sight. It was just us, floating under a clear blue sky, free to explore the reefs disconnected from the world.    

Belize was an awesome option for our fully-vaccinated, fully-enthusiastic and so ready to snorkel group. Our passion paid off.

The April Sea of Cortez April trip was magical. It was extra sweet to get away and be in nature during the pandemic.

What a privilege to be the only camp on this uninhabited, dramatic desert island. We experienced glamping at it’s finest on Espiritu Santo island.

happiness is being surrounded by beautiful reefs, pulsating stingless jellyfish, schools of fish and graceful, circling mantas.

Everyday was a new world and a new WOW! Magnificent soft corals of Misool, the cryptic critters in Aljui Bay, the layers and layers of fish in Sawanderek…

A month of snorkeling in Komodo, North Sulawesi and Raja Ampat. This was an unforgettable, unrepeatable totally remarkable adventure…

Still reveling in whales afterglow after being back from Tonga for 3 weeks.  We were on the very comfortable Nai’a liveaboard for 9 days.

The reefs are literally teeming with life and every time we snorkeled we saw eagle rays, sometimes five at once.
